I recent did eye surgery for my mother (aged 62) in this Hospital. Treatment was really good. They are taking personal care of the patients. I am really satisfied with their service. Special mentioned about Kokila.. She is really very kind, supportive and very helpful to us. She is very quick in giving response to all our queries. She also helped us in getting the documents for insurance purpose. Good work..

We went for normal eye power checkup to the hospital. We went at 2 pm and the staff informed doctor will come within 10 mins. Meanwhile there was a female doctor present during our wait time and when we asked the staff whether she can see us, the staff informed she is eye doctor only for kids. However, after few mins when another patient came, she was sent to that female doctor. So we understood that the staff was telling some random reason
Finally doctor came only around 3 pm. He checked and told we have to take a test since there is dryness in the eye. The cost of the checkup was told around 2500 and we said ok. But since we had our baby at home, we asked how much time it will take and the first staff told it will take 45 mins. So we informed we will come back later for that test and asked them to give eye power checkup report. But staff told doctor left for lunch and we have to wait to get the eye power report which will also take time. Meanwhile another staff came and told that the new test+ doctor consultation itself will get over in 10-15 mins and i can leave by 3 30pm. Believing it, we opted to take the test and till 4 pm we were not able to see the doctor. Finally once he saw us, he informed nothing adverse in the test report and prescribed some medicines.
It was overall not good feeling in the hospital and it felt like they want us to take unnecessary tests for money. More importantly the staff was giving us false promises and make us wait despite we insisting we had to leave. Even billing was not acceptable, there was additional charge of 250 for the doctor examining the test report which they only prescribed. I ended up paying more than 3000 in total for getting a eye power checkup report. I would personally stay away from this hospital in future

I went to Medicare eye hospital ,it's great place and very clean,friendly staff,very kind reception staff.
Dr.Atheeshwar das explained me very clearly about cataract surgery for My mother in law,Now surgery was done.she is very happy with her vision .
