The Piano @ Savera hotel is a multi cuisine buffet restaurant. I've been here once for a team lunch.
The buffet spread included soups, salad, appetizers, main course and desserts. Soups, appetizers, flat breads and pizzas will be served on the table. We were served with hot and sour chicken soup. It was hot and had the right consistency.
While I was sipping the soup, appetizers started arriving to the table. It included chicken, mutton and fish kebabs. Staffs were quite slow and not attentive to our requests. We booked for lunch and gave them a heads up on the number of persons, in advance. Still they couldn't cater to us properly. Quantity of starters served was little every time and it vanishes in no time. We had to wait long for the next servings. Tired of asking them repeatedly to get the starters, we had to move on to main course.

Both the veg and non-veg main course items were arranged neatly around the live kitchen counter. There is another counter with a large oven that serves pizzas and flat bread. Most of the items tasted good. Especially, liked the mutton gosht which was prepared to perfection. Mutton chunks were succulent with perfect blend of masala. It tasted well with the accompanying soft rotis. Thin crust veg pizza was served on the table. Pizza had a lavish amount of cheese and tasted good.

Desserts section had good variety of pastries, cakes, ice cream and Indian sweets including malpua and kesari. Ice cream was not frozen enough and it was runny.

Those who are fond of wide variety of starters/appetizers, this restaurant would be a slight disappointment. For others who enjoy the full course meals and don't care much about the appetizers, thumbs up for them.
Decent ambience and ample parking space for two wheelers and cars.
