The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. It is good for everyone, whether you are single or a couple with family. owner is a good person.

But don't order food with them Because the boys who take care of the hotel are very dirty and cook food there. When I asked him for food and water, he was scratching his balls and said yes, he cooks himself. And their is no manager or receptionist available all the time to complain, you have to call the owner.

An hour before checkout they told me angrily that checkout time is 11am and I can't be late for even 5 minutes.
I had to call the owner to ask for an additional 15 minutes and yes, no one was waiting to check in.

While at the time of check in I had to wait for 30 minutes

Average hotel. Rooms are normal.
AC doesn’t cool the room. City centre metro is 3-5min walking distance. Room looks very old. No lift in the hotel. No restaurants nearby . At lest you need to walk for 5-10 min to reach city centre and get various food options.Apollo Hospital is near and karunamoyee is near . You can order food from outside through online food delivery service app.
In 300-500m radius there is almost no shops in this area. So no mineral water is provided by hotel,they will provide you filtered water in bottles.
Overall hotel is average

One of the nicest property around, nice location and nice, polite & caring owners. Stayed for a week and none of the staff came for cleaning the room even after requesting so many times. Horrible experience this time.
