SOTC For Holidays

Recently I did a customised trip to Thailand and now departing to Japan & Korea Cherry blossom trip . My experience with SOTC is superb . In recent past we had UK & Ireland trip through SOTC and many more in pat

To start with - the staff ( particularly Ms Tithi Dhar & Mr Subhankar ) are so helpful in understanding our requirement and carve out a best package . They relentlessly update on requirements , deal with queries very promptly and make one at ease in organising every thing meticulously to the last details
Though we had taken many foreign trips earlier and through SOTC - these recent trips were after a long gap and in uncertain regulation period . But they made all arrangements so nicely - we were relieved of the anxiety of uncertainty and they were available at all odd hours to close even the smallest gaps and reassure
Needless to say about the on tour support of SOTC local managers as well the top class accommodation and commutation arrangements during tour - one of the best in class and memorable .
Looking forward for an excellent ‘ no tension ‘ trip to Japan as Tithi sitting till late evening completed all the elaborate registration processes - and that made a difference in travelling with a free mind

A small note on improvement . The documentation requirements for Visa should be very specific and elaborate from day 1 so that all can be produced at one shot

Dear Tithi,

We would like to thank you for the wonderful experience we have been part of for the past 15days. It was all together a pleasant experience which we will cherish for the rest of our life.

We are so delighted with the service provided by the tour manager Shaheda and guides of different cities. We must appreciate the coordination you have done being in a different country and in different time zone. Whenever there was a need we got immediate support from you and from all the coordinators. The accommodation and the meals were so good. Thecruise ride was remarkable though it was a bit lengthy.

Thanks a lot. Looking forward for more such different country exposure with SOTC.

We came back from Egypt, after completing the 10D trip. I would like to thank the entire SOTC team & their vendor (Travco), for managing the trip so efficiently (literally till departure airport checkout!!)
We must say , we had zero hassles during the trip & everything was delivered as promised, there was no deviation. Highly recommended !!

And last but not least, a big shoutout to Tithi, for customer management.
