A very pathetic experience I had with this company. I visited Kolkata recently with my family.
1) On the very first day we told the driver named JOY, that we want some essential items from Kolkata so he promised that he will take us to buy those things from the respective places on the last day. But on the last day, he didn't took us from the respective place inspite of us telling to him repeatedly from the first day. I know, it was not his duty, but then what for he told us to trust him. Then why will we consider them next time when he will act like others?
2) he manipulated my father that we will get rooms in mayapur. When we reached there, we were roaming on the roads for one room. The reason he gave that since there is a festival there so we are unable to find the rooms,. Why was he for with us?
3) On the last day, when we told her m that why he didn't took us from the place, he started yelling on us and misbehaved with us. He manipulated my father and didn't helped us in any way. There was no boating in bakura dam, but he told us that there will be boating and wasted our time and money.

I didn't expected this service from you all that too for the first time. People are mean i know but even in profession, i saw it for the fierst time.

I will never recommend anyone now for this travel company. Pathetic and bad behaviour.
I would recommend you all not to select this travel agency as the driver are very misbehaved. Recently one of the drivers misbehaved also in this company with the customers.
Will not even rate them as one star.
