Very Bad Showroom for purchasing Samsung Product. I ordered TV on 11th May, product delivered on 13th May, installation man came on 15th May, Tv was found without bracket. Installation person told me that TV cannot be installed with original bracket and suggested me to buy the bracket from him at a huge price of Rs 5500. I did not agreed and till now original bracket not supplied and installation is not done. I keep on calling the showroom but no proper response. Very very pathetic service.

They will over smart you while dealing. We took a mobile and they gave us screen saver(free) not meant for that phone. They also charge more for the C type adapter.

Very bad customer service. Their attitude changes if they get to know if you are not buying from their store.
