the location is good as usual, well communicated. the rooms are clean and well maintained.
but the room service is poor, the AC is not working in the rooms.
my experience was not very good at all. but I prefer to stay here because of the location.

First they provided a room of which lock wasn't working at all, then they shifted us to a new room without any hesitation and at no extra cost. Staffs were not delivering regular water after 11 PM which was not expected to happen but overall experience was good.
Privacy was maintained properly.

booked a standard room for 2 nights. rooms were spacious. it was on the ground floor. Room 102. The room looked good. but the linens didn't looked too clean, it had stains. The staff's behavior was good. also amenities mentioned were not available like electric kettle.The bathroom was very small and there was too much water logged. maybe i bookedthat's why the room given was not up to the mark. because other rooms looked great. But it was worth the price for 2 night stay. next time I would book deluxe room with an outside view.bathroom could have been improved in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.
