The reason for giving this rating is because of management ( nurse / staff is worthless) they have no care for the patient they seat and gossip patient shouting for help no care when the doctor arrives then they will pretend that they are taking good care after that as usual.

Coming to doctor they don't come nearby patient nor they are punctual to the timing nor they dicuss what the problem patient have, they will judge all by reports and prescribe the medicine. Which is not good. They better belive in their nurses to whom they have given all responsibilities they will measure the pressure and is there any breathing problem all will be handled by the nurses, my point of question is who r they (nurses) are they having a degree in MBBS or any medical college passout no they r not. Health sector anow a day are getting serious issue in this country because of this miss treatment many has to suffer.

Worst treatement ever,,So called Dr S Ghosh himself saying that "why have you come here?"He is expressing his unwillingness to do treatment here..He treats patients very rudely..Many patients came to complaint that they can not see anything even after 1 month after he operated them.He has spoiled so many eyes because he is very much inefficient also having a very rude behaviour towards the patients.For ensuring we have visited two renowned eye specialists,both of them said that the operation was done by very inefficient hand..Don't go there anyone,,Specially to this S Ghosh.

Worst hospital. I lost my mother due to careless attitude of the staff and doctors of this hospital. It seems RMO doctor is unqualified. Nurses don't care to hear to patient's attendant. They are only interested in asking you to purchase different medicines so they get their share. Anybody who want betterment of their patient, please don't admit your loved ones here.
