This is a "paid" Covid-19 vaccination center, from where I took my second dose of Covishield vaccine. My primary motive of choosing a paid center over a government's free vaccination center was to avoid the inconveniences and large gatherings associated with free centers. Regrettably, this center didn't manage to please me & many others, as there was a complete ruckus out there, due to their failure to handle the crowd, because of an inexperienced person managing all the registrations alone & lack of fast & adroit executives. It all began on the date of vaccination (23/08/2021). I received a call from the Lions Club in the early morning, asking me not to come at my scheduled vaccination time (9AM). Instead, the person over the phone asked me to come at 2 PM. I want to state here, that Lions Club had slots available for 9 AM to 11 AM and accordingly I booked that slot from the Cowin portal, one week in advance. Due to their change of schedule at the eleventh hour, I had to reschedule my entire day's plan as well. Now, this is simply unacceptable, especially when the customers have pre-booked on the Cowin portal and also paying money for the vaccination. I would like to mention a few Pros & Cons of this vaccination center, for the convenience of the future visitors.

Pros :-

1) Extremely clean vaccination area
2) Air Conditioned waiting zone
3) Chairs were available
4) Located near Bidhannagar railway station.

Cons :-

1) Extremely unprofessional
2) Bill/invoice was not provided after payment of the vaccination amount
3) Shortage of staffs
4) Chaotic people management system
5) The confirmation SMS of successful vaccination (from where we can download the certificate), arrived on phone after waiting for 2 hours. This delay happened, simply because the executives were not processing the vaccination status immediately on their computer system.

Overall, I was not highly satisfied with this vaccination center, considering the fact that they are charging ₹750 per vaccination dose, but the service quality that they are rendering is below par. Recommended, only if they are planning to upgrade their entire floor management system, for the convenience of the customers.????????
