Kabir's is a small Turkish restaurant in Ganesh Chandra Avenue. Decor has cozy Arabic vibe. The lamps, the kaleen on the wall brings a vintage feel to the restaurant.
I have visited it twice now. Both times the food was amazing. Service is not bad but could be better. What little it lacks in service is compensated well by the delicious food.
The food is pocket friendly as well. We ordered based on the server's suggestion. He advised half of Chicken Ouzi rice, 1 plate of Mutton Manisa Kebab would be enough for 3 folks. We were a little skeptical but he was absolutely right.

Along with quantity, the taste and quality of food is great. The chicken Ouzi rice was aromatic and full of flavours. The rice came in a clay pot sealed with a layer of flour. Once it is opened, one can find succulent chicken on top. Underneath the chicken you can find Saffron rice with olives, onions, tomatoes and lots of spices. The rice was flavorful and meat was succulent. The kebab along with the little scoops of paratha was mind blowing. The combination of the kebab, sauces and the paratha felt like a holy Trinity. We also ordered Sheer Khurma and Sultan Lokumu. Both were good and not overtly sweet.

Overall the food is finger licking and a must visit for folks who want to try Turkish cuisine. Take suggestions from staff. They will be able to advise based on your taste. I will definitely visit this underrated place again.

I am writing this review after 2 months. ????
We had to get one of our laptops fixed from Chandni and decided to stop for food at this place.
I got to know about Kabir's from my childhood friend. He did the promo shoot for this small restaurant and from the video the food looked lucrative. This is a Turkish restaurant so I would suggest you to go for those items.
We had the following dishes:
1. Chicken cheese kebab - This was the best among the ones ordered.
2. Lindsay pineapple( Mocktail ) - This was average
3. Zaatar butter naan, Yufka - We tried both of these breads. Yufka was a bit hard.
4. Mutton testi - This was very tasty and had a lot of aroma and flavour.
5. Baklava Roll - Turkish dessert. A bit dry but tastes good.

We missed the Sultan lokumu for dessert and settled for the Baklava. This is their hottest selling dessert and we wish to visit again to try this out.
You can try out their Rice items which are quite famous.

Overall - I enjoyed every bit of the food. But a word of caution, the place is very small so you might feel congested.

Amazing ambience. The person who attend us is very friendly and well behaved.. The biriyani is no oily.. And kebabs are too tasty.. They got a unique drink which the electric shock. . everyone should try that
