Jayanta Sarkar (JB MATRIX) is over professional. He is very sabby in quotation development under the banner of JB Matrix. Immediately after a simple query he will remind you for payment. I found several ethical issues with him. He purchased one domain with my documents in his personal account without my authorization. After one year when I found it he just denied the fact. Moreover, he also chaged the domain transfer settings to make tansfer process difficult. After pressure he transferred the domain to my godaddy account. I paid him a good amount ( Nearly 45000 INR ) for website development and several modification works. But he didn't share me website backup files. When I asked for website resource files he blocked my number. So, I will suggest all customers always book domain from your own godaddy account and never share godaddy credentials to any developer. It was a poor experience with JB Matrix. A decent service provider always will guide his customers in proper way.
