Good Property, on the Beach. Rooms, Cottages are good.
They should not allow anyone inside the Swimming Pool without proper Swimming Costume & Cap.
Food & Snacks needs to improve.
Service standards need a lot of improvement.
Lot of communication issues between staff members regarding Service flows.
Property needs a Professional Manager & Training required for Staff members.

We stayed at hotel Dreamland Mamdarmani.Pathetic hotel and it's service too.
Residents Manager Mr. Bibhas Maity is very much arrogant as well as don't have any courtesy, how speak with the guest. I will never recommend any one to stay in this property.
Hotel Location is very good. Management should understand if how to retain his customer. If Manager doesn't have know how to behave with the guest then?????
Manager should check the condition of rooms and it's cleanliness rather fighting with guest. Please refer the below photos of room and understand the cleanliness of hotel. At the present Covid -19 scenario where cleanliness is the vital for everyone. Then see the condition of the rooms....

An unique place in all respect at Puri. Good management and service with lovely fooding.
