Pros: The store is really good with a very wide range of laptops and accessories to choose for. I bought my laptop from here and the workers are really very polite and patient TILL BEFORE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT.
Cons: The post customer service is extremely bad, no support and miserable behaviour when asked for clarification.

Never never never buy laptop from this shop and especialky dell. I had purchased a dell laptop one year back, but one day after my purchase, os & window issues started and I requested them to replace the laptop with other one, which is eligible with company's one month replacement policy. But they didn't and gradually multiple issues started to loom large within one year warranty period and after repairing by dell technicians many times it has now become a playing box for children.
