PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

Please, be careful when you buy laptop from this place. I bought a Lenovo Legion 5 gaming laptop from this place. After 6 months the laptop stopped working and when I visited the lenovo customer service, they informed me that the laptop was opened before and marks of tamper in the screws attaching the heatsink and also that the SSD inside the laptop was not the one provided by OEM originally. Because of these two reasons, I was denied the warranty coverage and they refused to replace the damaged motherboard and I did not get any support from this shop itself in getting my laptop replaced.

So, what I understood is, they swap these internal parts with other laptops and then they sell these to the customers. If your laptop works fine then there is no issue. But, in case your laptop develops any fault within the warranty period, you may face a situation like me. If you go through the reviews, you will find few more similar cases like mine.

The shop purposely provided with me a defective model lenovo laptop s340. The lenovo tech support team has already visited my house for about 14 to 16 times in a span of one and a half years span. The shop doesn’t pickup my calls talks very rudely. Visiting this shop is merely an invitation to headache. So I request to stay away from alco infotech.
Worst shop worst experience and this the third time I am writing the review as the they delete the earlier ones.
