He doesn't listen carefully. He prescripes medicines that usually you can't find in pharmacy. In my opinion there are many other good psychiatrists you may consult.

I was down with severe depression and have been suffering tremendously for about two years with no improvement. I had visited other psychiatrists, was taking different medicines for depression, was on regular therapy, nothing was helping. I struggled to even just get out of bed. I found no hope in anything whatsoever. I used to be efficient and hard working before these, but now I was badly lagging behind at work and was looked down at and severely criticised all the time. My confidence was totally shattered and I had forgotten what "being happy" or "being okay" felt like. This was the situation when I first visited Dr. Garg. After some 3-4 months under his treatment, things began to change. The combination of medicines he gave began to work and gradually i started feeling better. I felt positive about work and life in general, after a long-long-time. I was motivated and felt confident again. At work too, I performed better and was acknowledged. Now I have almost recovered.

I just don't know how to thank Dr. Garg enough. He has been a blessing for me. He is so non-judgemental and carefully listens to your issues (unlike many other psychiatrists I met earlier). Though I know mental health is such a stigma even today, I would suggest anyone who is going through a rough time, to seek proper help. I highly recommend Dr. Garg, he has literally saved my life. Highly grateful to you, doctor.

PS: His appointment systems are also very transparent and patient-friendly (atleast at the centre I visit) which helped me stick to the treatment.
