On emergency situation Doctor does not show his face and keeps his mobile switched off,
He is money making machine.
Behavior of his assistant is awfully rude and she doesn't know how to behave with patient party. His Assistant Ms Urmili behaves like PRESIDENT OF INDIA

The appointment process needs to be revisited and reconsidered because the current option is something chasing in vain. There is one single number to reach out for an appointment , which mostly remains switched off or majorly unanswered. With so much advancement in society including the medical field, I fail to understand why can't this simple appointment process be made tech driven but kept as hugely dependant on the discretion of one single individual.

Though he is an MD. in General Medicine ????, there is lack of experience and expertise in the field of medical treatment. Moreover he does not attend patients with importance though he poses himself as an extraordinary physician. The behaviour of his assistant ( Though not a physician) is very rude and ill-mannered. There are lots of good, experienced and well behaved doctors in Kolkata. So this doctor should be avoided. I give him 1 ( One ) rating from my past experience.
