Very clean and tidy office. Officials are quite professional and you have to follow the instructions strictly. If you go to get new plastic card of CGHS for serving official the application is submitted upto 1pm on Tuesday and Thursday for pensioners upto 1 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The registration slip can be collected same day feom 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Recently, I've been visiting the CGHS Airport branch regularly for my father, as he’s not well and unable to visit there in person. I believe, as a retired central government officer, it’s his right to get the benefits provided by the central government itself. My father is going through a tough situation and requires proper medical attention. I thought CMO Dr. D. Samajpati was a good doctor and started consulting with him. Today was my 3rd no-visit to him, and I’m saying this with so much disappointment because his behaviour was very rude from the beginning (without any reason, and I haven’t changed the doctor because he knows the condition of the patient and it’s best to diagnose under a single doctor) and he has prescribed the wrong medicine despite showing him the proper prescription provided by the CGHS-empanelled hospitals.

I have lost all hope. This is harassment. I’m wasting my time and energy to get what my father deserves, and in return, I'm getting the wrong medicine prescribed! If doctors will not value one’s life, then who will?
