Worst experience ever in CCD. I’m from Bangalore and this is my first time in Kolkata.
I was explaining the guy (Souman) who takes order everything but without taking my permission he billed my order. And I asked my to edit or modify my order, the bill was not printed but I had to pay for everything I didn’t want. Never go to this CCD
They will scam you.

The experience was horrible. Unprofessional staff, lack of presence of any higher authority and we had to pay unnecessarily.
The order was placed without our confirmation and when we told we wanted to alter it, the staff was not doing so even when the bill wasn't printed or anything.
Also, when asked to let us talk to a higher authority, he wouldn't let is.

Worst ccd I've been to. Unethical services.
My order was placed without confirmation and I'd to pay for it. Not recommended.
