Price of hotel room is cheap so is the service and staff. They are very rude. Bathroom was leaking 24×7. There's no wifi in this hotel if ask in reception they are like we didn't told you we provide wifi service. Think twice before booking this hotel outside foods are allowed in this hotel.

Very rude behaviour of staff, don’t have manner to talk. We entered in hotel the morning around 07am and we booked two rooms and they said no rooms are available you need to wait till 11 am. We said ok to wait and paid the booking amount. However after 11 am we ask for room so they told your booking is for 1 Pm not 11am room is not yet availble they said we requested many times but they were not ready to listen. Very bad experience. Bathroom was leaking 24×7. Bathing Shower was not working. There's no wifi in this hotel if ask in reception they are like we didn't told you we provide wifi service. Think twice before booking this hotel outside foods are allowed in this hotel.

The location is near to Howrah railway station. The rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious with amenities like electric kettle, mini fridge. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. But except them, every other staff demands money for every small things they do. The room service is poor when asked to solve any problem.
