Awesome place. That place located in saikia, hard to believe the very Congested area like saikia having that type of master peace.A good vibes coming from there very beautiful and peaceful place.
And also every year 'Durga Puja' is celebrated there. In there the ambience and old authentic vibes are really great.
The old architecture having many memories in it..
Over all a great experience for me...

Nostalig place. The great lyrisist's house of Mr. Pulak Bandyapadhyay. Excellent architecture of earlier kolkata still looks great. Many shooting done here too. Many talented peoples visited place is this like honorable Manna Dey, Shyamal Mitra, Nachiketa Ghosh, Uttam Kumar etc. But now lack of maintainance is there. We must keep our pride of Babudanga, Salkia, Howrah the Great Salikha House or Salkia House....????
