One of the best gyms in howrah station area
I visited there on per day basis and they charged INR 100 per day
There are almost all equipments for workout, weight loss, gain, cardio etc
Located on 2nd floor of building
Overall nice experience
Trainer is also there

Best gym in Howrah and only gym to provide free MMA sessions to members. It is placed conveniently in the hub of Howrah AC market. Great trainers, with in-depth knowledge of maintaining overall health and fitness. Spacious for various trainings, and wide variety of equipment with facilities of changing room, lockers. They run great offers on special occasions too, and free trials are also available via member recommendation.

Not Good for Complete Beginners.
Good for those who have atleast 2 to 3 months prior training.
Only one trainer is good.
Most of the Guys here take online training and do gym here.
If you can afford please do else you can go to Gym opposite to it Castle fitness gym they are really good.
