I booked Hotel Best Inn for one night as I was looking for a budget-friendly option for my trip. I had read some mixed reviews online, but I decided to give it a try. I regretted my decision as soon as I entered the room.

The room was clean but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets were not. They looked old and stained, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping on them. I asked for a change of linen, but the replacement was not much better either.

The bathroom was quite clean and had a working water heater, which was a plus. The water pressure was good and the toiletries includes just a small soap.

The food was homely, not bad, but nothing to write home about. The breakfast was included in the price, but it was very basic and repetitive.

The bell boy named Saurav was really nice and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was polite and helpful, and he deserves a tip. He carried our luggage, arranged a porter for us, and gave us some tips on where to go and what to see. He was the only bright spot in this hotel.

The worst part of the hotel was the view from the window, which was a wall of the next building. It was depressing and claustrophobic, and I felt like I was in a prison cell. There was no natural light or ventilation, and the room felt stuffy and dark. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation. It is not worth the money or the hassle. I rate it 2 out of 5 stars.
