The hotel is on a prime location on National Highway beside the Kings Hotel. It is superior than the Kings Hotel. The staffs are polite & helpful. However, the quality of the tea was one of the worst. Food is overpriced. I would recommend this place for only accommodation not food.

I stayed here for one night yesterday hiring an AC standard room @Rs.1500 + GST but without any freebies like breakfast. However, load shedding was there all through the night and even upto 9-30 am today when I left. However, there was street lights on all around. The generator is not for AC. So, practically it was a non-ac room. But my request of reducing price at least by Rs. 100 was not accepted. The staff are polite but inefficient and lazy. The room is also not having minimum items, like a bath room mat, tea table, fixed soap case, etc. Even calling bell and shower were not functioning. Worst hotel but high price compared to other hotels in better place in Berhampore Town.

Good hotel at chuyapur more with ac / non ac room with lift and restaurant at ground floor. But price is very high they must reduce their price. Very close to berhampore court station 5 mins by toto. Over all a good experience
