The service, hospitality and system have been praiseworthy. Cleanliness has been given top priority by the management. After all, the cordial and polite behavior of the staff and front desk personnel need special mention. There is ample car parking space and the rooms are airy. And last but not the least, it's a budget friendly hotel.

I visited my 1st time A+ grade hotel. This hotel is too much cleaning. Nice service polite behaviour manager and also ower of the hotel. I just feel it was our Home. We are decided that we are going there's again for no reason just for relaxation.
Overall experience is too Good ????

Superb room, tasty food. Excellent service by the hotel staffs. Manager was also cooperative especially while booking over phone. A cordial relationship was maintained. But even the best can be improved. The driver who provides the pick and drop service is very rude and his behavior is extremely poor, completely opposite while comparing with the staffs. He should be properly trained on his communication else the hotel may lose some deserved referrals. Kindly note this points from a well wisher of Hotel Samrat
