If you walk around for a beautifully decorated place in the city Berhampore, you may discover this place. The historical place is now perfectly cleaned, polished and renovated with a attractive charm. In night times the light glows and enhances its beauty more. You can easily reach there from Cossimbazar railway station. Just loved the way it is decorated.

Cossimbazar rajbari situated at Berhampur in Mursidabad. One of the best place to visit in Mursidabad. Entry fee is 30 rupees. They also provide a local guide. Architecture is combined of Indian and European. Nice place to visit with family and friends.

Cossimbazar is about 240km by road from Kolkata. Although Cossimbazar has a railway station, it is convenient to travel by train to Baharampur Court station from Kolkata and then take a local transport to the Cossimbazar Rajbari or the Cossimbazar Royal's Palace (about five km away). The best time to travel is in winter or during the festivals (Durga Puja, Rathayatra, etc). If shopping is on your mind, the palace has an adjoining outlet where you can purchase the famous Murshidabad silk sari and other garments. The Royal's Cossimbazar Palace can be seen in a day visit with special permission and a small fee. But spending at least a night here can be a rewarding experience
