AKA Jiban Sayar. Good place for morning and evening walk. People should take care of the historical place clean.

Shulipukur is a historical place where it is said that the King of Burdwan used to give capital punishment to criminals and before hanging them, the criminals were prepared to take a bath in this lake. But such a historical lake was lying neglected for almost a century. In 2021, the Hon'ble Chairman of BDA Dr. Rabiranjan Chattopadhyay decided to beautify it and then renamed it as 'Jiban Sayar' (the lake of life). Now this place is an attraction for morning and evening walkers. However, the local people should take care of this lake and they should keep it clean.
