One of the third class nursing home I have ever seen. They don't have any system to manage patient. There is no available resting location for patient. Sitting availability is also very less. Receptionist behaviour is not upto the mark, not at all helpfull. I found carelessness at reception. It feels like they are not at all responsible for the patient. Overall a really bad experience. If you are in serious health condition think once before you go. They are just doing their business.

NOTE FOR OWNER:
1. Please improve the facility.
2. Handle all the incoming patient with care and responsibility.
3. Improve the booking and call system for the awaiting patient.
4. Teach you reception girl how to talk properly.
Last but not the least all patient are afterall PATIENT. Don't treat them as a business model.

Nursing home atmosphere is good. And every workers are friendly. But the "Hritawari" pharmacy which is in front of the nursing home , not so good.
