I have received call from delivery boy on first day, but that time I was not present to take call. So I called him back just after seeing that, he didn't receive my call, even don't reply of my message. Then next day I received message from DTDC that my parcel will be delivered and next to next day I also received same message. Any currier person didn't call me or come to deliver my parcel. 4to 5days later , I received call from DTDC that my parcel was returned and they will not refund my money though it was their fault. Very poor service.

The receptionist is well behaved and professional. Was able to courier easily.
