One of the best government transport agency. Mostly punctual and subsidized fare. Also they try they all their best to reach the destination on time. Connectivity is also good.

Drunken staff. Bus was not clean and was full of mosquitoes. Very rude conductor.

I was traveling from Delhi ISBT to Roorkee in a Haridwar bus. As it was late I asked the bus driver before bording if he will stop the bus near RR cinemas (the address says Roorkee only) and driver said yes. But i was forced by conductor to get down at bus stop only at the middle of the night. He said he will drop me at rajwada only if i take ticket for Haridwar. I don’t know whom to complain about it.
