I have been coming here for the past 16 years (when the shop was much smaller!) and have always had a good experience. They are honest and sincere, and have quality gemstones and malas. They have also repaired my broken malas without charge - even one that I didn’t purchase from them! I have also brought or sent many of my students and friends to the shop and everyone has been happy with their purchases.
I suspect the 1 star review is dishonest as I cannot imagine them being rude or unhelpful, having spent a lot of time with them over the years.

The best jewellery and handicraft shop in Rishikesh. Knowledgeable and attentive stuff, beautiful collection.
Good spot to buy high quality gemstones, mostly of them are certified with GIA or other recognised labs.
Huge variety of handicrafts.
The best quality of Malas I have ever seen! Design, stones selection, and finishing of Malas are at the top!
