This is an old temple established by people who came down to settle in rishikesh from tehri village.
Every day, morning aarti and music program happens just before sunrise.

Laxmi is goddess of prosperity and wealth.
Narayan is God of well being and overall prosperity of life.

Evening programs also happens quite often. Local people visit here for Evening aarti too.

Place to sit down for peace and bliss.

The temple is dedicated to bhagwaan Laxmi Narayan. They are the Gram devta(main deity of the village) of Village Mali Deval of Tehri Garhwal.. This temple was originally in village Mali Deval of tehri garhwal but since the village got submerged due to Tehri dam thereafter the main idol of bhagwan Lakshmi narayan along with other devtas like chetrapal, bharo and few others were brought to this new temple... One can also find old shila laikhs which has been brought from the old temple and engraved in this new temple..
