I had a wonderful experience at Himalayan Yoga Association. All the teachers were amazing. They are experienced and have thorough knowledge of whatever they are teaching. They are supportive, have ample patience and encourage us to go beyond. Everyday was a new learning. I wish I could continue with 300 hours too.. Thank you????????

I recently finished my 500 hr TTC at Himalayan Yoga Association. I've had a wonderful experience learning about Yoga and a beautiful insight into this spiritual journey. I've had the opportunity to learn under Yogi Manoj Ji, his calmness and grace made learning very smooth. The staff at the residence is very kind. Definitely recommend HYA for your yoga journey.

To start off my Yoga teaching journey, I took the 200-hour online Yoga Teacher training course with HYA. And, I am glad I did so. Their teaching methods are done in detail when it comes to both practical and theory. Even though I chose the online course for my convenience, there were regular online asana and pranayama sessions organised to clarify doubts and make our practice better. I wish to experience the offline course someday in the future with HYA. This is a highly recommended institute to begin your journey in yoga.
