My experience was not good. They are short in staff. One person is doing everything. In restaurant portion size is very small. Most of all there ac doesn't work in lobby or corridor. Swimming pool is also not uptodated

This is a old property with little wear & tear but all in all decent place to stay.
It is approx 9 km from Har ki pauri.
The Breakfast Menu can pick up a bit as it should be expected from Fern.
Staff is helpful ( Although a little training will make them more efficient)
Have stayed here twice and would recommend it for sure.

The hotel property is luxurious and well maintained. Front office staff is very friendly. We had early morning checkout so kitchen staff packed our breakfast for all our guests. It was so kind of them . Harpreet Kaur from kitchen staff deserves a raise for being completely attentive and kind towards all guests. Good food , good staff , good rooms . 100% suggested
