First of all i would like to thank Discover Uttarakhand and it's operator Mr. Saurabh Lekhawar from Haridwar who made our trip from Haridwar to Kedarnath memorable and hassle-free. Mr. Saurabh went over and beyond to help us from our road trip from Haridwar to Kedarnath, our stay in guptkashi and the trecking journey from guptkashi to kedarnath. The chauffeur was very kind, ethical and professional man. They also arranged our food which was very tasty and stay was very warm and cosy in guptkashi. They also helped us for our journey further and had a peaceful darshan of kedarnath mahadev. I thank the whole team of mr. Saurabh for making our journey so nice and peaceful. I would recommend mr. Saurabh and Discover Uttarakhand to anyone who is planning their trip from Haridwar to Kedarnath.

We did chardham yatra with this travel agency . It was very pleasant and wonderful experience. Everything is well planned and organized , hotel rooms and food is wonderful and it was with package . Thank you very much sourav ji and vijendar ji ( car driver) for the wonderful experience that you have given us. I will surely recommend this travel agency for chardham yatra.

Just we did chardham yatra with this travel agency... it's heaven on earth...

Discover uttarakhand provided us Desire car, which was on CNG, so no space to keep lugguage in diggi... so we kept our lugguage on the top of the car (on carrier) ... driver wound plastic but plastic was not in good condition, so Due to rain, water ingressed in all bags/luggage.. and our all cloths along with winter cloth became wet... One car dashed at backside (at CNG kit) of our car, which was very dangerous... So Suggestion to Discover Uttarakhand travel tour operator that pls avoid to give CNG car to customers/ yatrekaru...

In car, no taperecorder, so entire chardham yatra became bore because no taperecorder to listen songs and driver was mum in entire tour (10 days). We had not listened any songs ... so become very bore... Suggestion to Discover Uttarakhand travel tour operator that pls keep taperecoreder in car to listen songs during trip and driver must be talkative...

Mr. Manjeet driver behavior was good ... but not talked... in entire chardham tour he was mum (not talked) and not given any prior guidance about every chardham temple... so suggestion to Discover uttarakhand that driver must be talkative... so that yatrekaru/customer should feel that happy and charming and driver or Discover uttarakhand should give some basic information about upcoming temples...

Mr. Manjeet (Driver) was not know chardham road, so he drive car by using Google map... Suggestion to Discover Uttarakhand travel tour operator that pls keep driver he must know all roads without google map... bcz if emergency occurs then he should know all the bypass routes...

Discover uttarakhand provided good accommodation/restaurants facility except Guptakashi restaurant ... Guptakshi restaurant was very worst as room service person broken our bag and talked arrogantly.. In kedarnath , the restaurant provided by Discover Uttarakhand was not good and not bad... it was ok... Food quality was good...

In kedarnath, we have given rs. 500 to driver, to keep our lugguage safe in one locker room at sitapur, so suggestion to Discover Uttarakhand that proper room to be booked at guptakashi or sitapur during one day kedarnath darshan...

Don't take it in mind Discover Uttarakhand, this is for your improvements... Because all customer should not feel that if we hire only car then that was fine, because best quality rooms were easily get at every chardham temple at anytime.. Customer expect only best service from tour operator, so customer choose travel tour operator in place of hiring car only for tour...
