Worst Staff and service , I am appalled and deeply disappointed by the glaring quality issues that have come to my attention like Quality issue , paint was not proper , right horn was not working , scratches on new car and more . It is disheartening to think that after investing a significant amount of money and trust in your dealership, I am now faced with a vehicle that falls far below the standards I expect and deserve. This level of quality is simply unacceptable.
I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. I expect nothing less than a thorough inspection, repair, and restoration of the car to its promised condition. Furthermore, I insist on a clear explanation for how such a lapse in quality control could have occurred in the first place.

Title: Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs!

I had the misfortune of dealing with this car dealership, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and pushy, making me feel pressured into a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. The car I eventually bought turned out to be a lemon, with hidden issues that they conveniently failed to disclose.
Customer service was non-existent, and they were unresponsive to my concerns. It's clear that their priority is making a quick sale, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Midas Tata Motors Workshop when dealing with an oil cooler leakage issue in my Tata Nexon. The exceptional customer support and efficient problem resolution truly exceeded my expectations.
