I have purchased 5 mukhi M beads but got delivery of small bead have whatsapp & selected replacement again got wrong delivery, till that day calling & trying to connect on whatsapp but no luck, false commitment, fooling around, delivery takes ages, very bad experience, pathetic response. This people do not even deserve to have start ratings, negative 100. Not recommended please do not waste your time & money. given star just because not allowed to post.

Rude staff, delivery after so many days that too wrong product, they will make you call them every day, no reply on whatsapp (after purchases). My product refund is still not done even after 1 month. Not recommended.

They have disappointed me on first purchase only, they display something else & deliver something else. It is then difficult to connect them even, no reply even after calls, whatsapp massages. Very pathetic experience.
