I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with one of the receptionists at hotel Namami Gange(Haridwar moti bazar road). I feel compelled to share my experience here to warn others and shed light on the unprofessional behavior I encountered.

I was with my family, and despite my scheduled checkout time being 12PM, I ended up being delayed by 45 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances and when I reached to the hotel I was greeted with an unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. Their tone was condescending, and they appeared disinterested in providing any assistance. Despite my efforts to maintain a polite and respectful demeanor, the receptionist continued to display an unhelpful and dismissive attitude.
