One of worst customer service seen in my life. Ordered 5 Mugh big Rudraksha mala without understanding the Size of beads in mind but once comes then only I understood it is too big to wear. Called person of Himalaya Rudraksha Kendra and the person even not ready listen what I am saying. Disconnect the phone while speaking, Even they didn't have basic manners to understand what customer says.
Better look for some other merchant for rudraksha. Himalayan Rudraksha is worst in their service.

You are saying total blunter. I am ready to return the product but you are not showing a basic courtesy to hear What I say.

Why are you not picking my call answer to me

You are absolutely a fraud

This is my sincere review here. Any one who wants to buy the Rudraksha this is not the place for you for sure.

You will regret if you ignore this warning !

Thank u ankur sir, once again. The rudraksha pendant are beautiful ,they got here early before the time you mentioned and I can tell that they were made with care definitely .the packaging was secure and safe, love them!
