जय माता चण्डी देवी ????

Very affordable price and almost zero waiting time to board your Ropeway Car. Very beautiful scenery views in the mountains while going towards the Temple and coming down.

Great experience,

Prefer online booking to avoid high counter rate ( online are low and offer available) huge queue at the ticket counter. Try to come early in the morning.

It took us 5 hrs (9am to 2pm) to cover Mansa devi and Chandi devi temples on a Sunday. Some points regarding our experience-
1. We reached Mansa devi ticket couter at 8.45. Even though on google it says the counter opens at 8.30, it seemed like it opened much earlier.
2. There were 2 queues. One of them has 50 people, the other one has just 5. We got to know that the smaller queue was for people that wanted combined tickets. This saved us a lotttt of time.
3. We went and came back after mansa devi darshan in 1 hr.
4. In Mansa devi, there is a shoe rack service provided, so you need not keep them at a shop as they would expect you to buy something.
5. There would be a lot of smaller temples in between, you might want to save your time, money and prasad for the actual mansa devi temple. The priests might lure you into those other temples.
6. Towards the end of the darshan round, there is a counter by the actual mansa devi temple trust. Contributing here seemed more valuable.
7. After we came back from the ropeway. We walked about 5 mins to the bus stand from where we got the transportation for Chandi devi.
8. We paid 444 per person. This includes the ropeway costs for both the temples as well as the transportation (bus) cost from mansa devi to chandi devi and back to mansa devi.
9. The bus transportation was horrible and the most time consuming. We had to wait more for the buses than we had to for the ropeways. They have these small yellow buses, where 3 people had to sit uncomfortably on of the sides. While coming back from Chandi devi to Mansa devi, the driver got some additional passengers on the way who stood inside and made it more claustrophobic.
10. Regarding Chandi devi, there are no shoes stalls from the temple, so you have to keep them at one of the shops. Either buy something from them or give them nominal money only for shoe keeping. This as well has a counter of the temple trust. We contributed there directly. When you reach Chandi devi from Mansa devi, get yourself a queue token using the same combined receipt.
11. It is better to go earlier during to day (8-9am). Start with Mansa devi. Buy combined coupon from the smaller queue. Do not stop for food stall/shopping for long. Keep the receipt with you carefully as it is checked at every point. Try not carrying bags as security check happens at multiple entries as well as EXITs. At around 12.30 pm, Chandi devi temple announced that it had 3 hr queue for the ropeway. The same thing happended at Mansa devi during the afternoon.

Overall the package deal is quite useful except for the bus transportation. Things are well managed.
