Aedi Mandir (ऐड़ी मंदिर) in Bhowali is located at the top of a hill. Trek to this hilltop place starts from near the main chowk Bhi wali i.e. near the PWD office Bhowali. The trek of about 3 kms is amidst thick forest area and picturesque surrounding. You will enjoy every bit of the trek. The temple itself is dedicated to the Aedi Dewta (God), the protector of animals. When grains of cereals and rice etc is spread around the temple in the morning and evening, lot of birds if different varieties come calling, as if they were desperately waiting for this offer.
