First of all when I saw hotel lobby I realised I should not book this hotel. Lobby was like not even 2 star hotel. However I have no option to chose another hotel so I did checked in. I was staying in room 5411 and 5403. 5403 was upstairs and elevator was not working so I have to carry my luggage by my self to the room. Staff was not even bothered to help. When I reached up door lock had issues. First time I had seen 4 star hotel had metal keys. Both rooms kettle was missing. After several calls finally i got kettle without base. Again several calls and got kettle base. Bathroom was also not cleaned, bath tub was not scrubbed at all in both rooms. Towels were worn out, yellowish and too old, cant even think to wipe body. Night was sleepless for all
Of us due to thousands of mosquitoes in both rooms. Called reception to get all out or any but never received. Very bad experience we had. I will never recommend this hotel to any one. I understand every guest had own prospective to see the things and raise the concerns but its totally depends on staffs how to tackle the situations and make the guests comfortable.

I book a room bin this hotel because bof name as brand as Country Inn but I disappointed to see the These are negative point below
1.Rooom is small
2. Washroom are also small and there *balti* in wash room but not mug . shower was also as expected.
3.there wa bathtub but not working condition
4. In the room , there was no Tv remote and no Ac remote
5. There was eclectic cattle and tea sache but Cup or coffee mug was not in room.

It feel like Dharamshala.

Worst point is its so far from main road so yiut have hire an e-rickshaw that demand too high fare.

So please don't waste your money on name of brand

. First when I bookd the room it ws done normally lyk always when we reached the hotel they gave us the room with a broken toilet seat and said jo hai yhi hai... Thn when I insisted the receptionist Ranjeet thn he showed us another room on second floor and ya lift was nt working tht room was too small... Thn when I said tht you hvnt told us abt these things.. Ranjeet said ma'am khin or dekh lo at 1:30am???? I requested him tht at dis tym hw can you say this thn after a lot of chaos... He given us a room at 2:15 am????... Very bad experience.., plz don't come to this hotel????
