Visited the hotel with parents, had an okish stay. Counter staff was either short hired or not efficient. Had to wait for half an hour for the check-in. Rooms are nice but the look of the property is more of a high rise society than a hotel. Also there are no arrangements for drivers, not even drinking waters available for them. Considering the prices they charge these amenities are must else it's just a three star hotel being quoted a four star. Overall a nice experience but not too great.

Hotel is in good location, and is well built with all the facilities. Buffet breakfast is good. But we faced few issues. First, we booked two rooms with Garden View Balcony but were only provided one such room. Manager was adamant, and not willing to listen. If your listing on the website is incorrect, you should compensate the customer rather than asking the customer to compromise. So, would suggest to confirm the room type before booking. Second, is the cleanliness, it can be improved.

The resort in question, which claims to be a 4-star hotel, is nothing more than a routine gated society. The management's unprofessional behavior of assigning a lower category room to guests is inexcusable. The lack of proper room service, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star establishment, adds to your woes.

In addition, the resort is overpriced and costly, with deceiving photos on its website. It is astonishing that it has a 4.4 rating on Google by 5,000 people. These ratings must have been manipulated or left by individuals who have never stayed there.

Based on the negative experiences, the resort should not be recommended. It is not worth the cost and does not provide the amenities and services that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The resort's misleading advertising and lack of professionalism indicate a disregard for the comfort and satisfaction of its guests.

In conclusion, stay away from this resort at all costs. It is a waste of time, money, and energy. Find a more reputable hotel that values its guests and provides the amenities and services that it promises.
