One of the most popular ghat of Varanasi. This ghat is named according to the Tulsi Das. The beauty of this ghat is different at different times. Once there was a hostel of Banaras Hindu University. This ghat is reconstructed by Raja Baldeo Das. The night view is extraordinary. The lighting at night is just awesome. It looks like a haveli in the horror film. Many people are bathing here.
