The ambience is nice but what they need to work is on their hosting culture... We every month conduct our BNI meeting there... There are flies in the room continuously disturbing our formal meeting... Buffet- Food is never served hot- the taste is not apt... Even when asked from the allotted staff to get us things... They don't listen.....

Rude front office staff, they always proves you wrong for any of your concerns. Their senior are very shy and always either busy in a meeting or out of hotel whenever you try to rais your concerns.
AC doesn't work in the rooms... too old furniture... mattress are out of shape.... stincky small in the rooms.
Above all very non courteous staff...

Rooms are spacious and clean.....the buffet breakfast is delicious as always ..this time they made Shephard's pie for us as we requested it before.
