One of the most overrated and overpriced "must try food restaurants" i found on my Varanasi trip. Their most famous Dryfruit Saffron Lassi doesn't taste great. It is just an ordinary lassi toppled with lots of dryfruit. Waiting time is too much. The locality and atmosphere is not good.

We got address from Hannah and Flow and it indeed has the best Lassi in town. Just go there and experience it for 100 rupees. Make sure you go to this place as there are some copies around that call themselves blue Lassi shop.

Tasted their most famous ( rightly so ) dry fruits kesar lassi. Thick, richly flavoured, every sip was an enjoying moment. This place elevates the experience of lassi with exciting falvors of banana, mango, chocolate, kesar etc. I visited the new branch on Assi Ghat. It carry the same variety and taste of the original one on kachudi gali.
Sugar to taste is recommended before ordering.
