Budget accomodation in a pleasant location by the Ganga. My room was small, but I wasn't paying for luxury and the open balcony made up for this. The family (owner) are very helpful and friendly. I met some lovely people here and found it convenient for visiting the Ghats and temples. It felt safe - I was travelling solo so this was important to me. It could be noisy at night hence the 4 stars, though I would definitely stay here again.

If you want to visit Varanasi this is the place to be right in front of the Ganga River, with a nice rooftop from where you can see all the ghats, the river, boats, people taking bath in the river and a lot more. The rooms are nice, clean, with private bathroom and AC. But the best of all is the host Mr. Kailash and his family, they are very nice and helpful they make you feel at home, I highly recommend this place. This host is very spiritual person who guide a lot. Book this place to have a great experience in the Holy City.
