Lalita Ghat in Banaras is a stunningly beautiful spot on the banks of the Ganges River. It's a great place for both religious ceremonies and leisure activities, and the energy and atmosphere are calming and serene.

Lalita Ghat is named after Hindu Goddess Lalita. It was built in early 19th century by King of Nepal, Rana Bahadur Shah. The ghat is close to Nepali Mandir and Lalita Gauri Mandir.
The ghat is close to Jalashayi Ghat. Boat can be boarded at this ghat for ghat darshan river boating and Ganga Aarti boating. It is crowded Ghat. It is not clean and not well maintained.

Way to Kashi Vishvnath Mandir Corridor where the Lalita and Manikarnika ghats have been parted to make way for the grand Sri Vishwanath temple dwaar which leads into the newly built temple complex, it is a picnic atmosphere.
Here you will find chants of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ reverberated in the air.
The dwaar links river Ganga directly with Kashi Vishwanath temple through Kashi Vishwanath Dham corridor area.
You may opt this route instead of congested city roads…but if you are a senior citizen or having problems in climbing stairs then please do not choose this entry point..
Happy Darshan
