????thank each and everyone there from staff who have taken care of us. our stay was very comfortable unlike what we feared when we booked as we were not familiar with varanasi ???? we stayed 6 nights and did not face any problems. while staff was very helpful to extend support to my mother to drop her to neatest pickip points , it will be good if hotel can make wheel chairs available for senior citizens. this can be added service for hotel. ????

Great hospitality it was.. nice experience... Staff's behaviour was very good.. view from the hotel was marvelous ☺️... And the food quality was brilliant..

Worst hotel experience of my life. Owner and Staff behaviour were very rude. They are charging extra money while cancelling the booking and wants us to book over the counter so, they can charge me extra.
