The hotel provides a complimentary boat tour of the ghats with view of Ganga arti daily at 5 PM. Also these is instrumental music played by three artists every evening. Our room was small, but clean with a big bathroom and had a view of the river. Breakfast had few items, but tasty and served hot. Whatever was lacking in the hotel was compensated by the hotel ambience, the friendliness of staff and the wonderful service

They have done well to retain the charm of a 200 year old Haveli built by a Nepalese royal family. The central courtyard is quiet and beautiful with trees reaching up for the sky. They could make better use of the rooftop with more active dining service perhaps.

This is a very beautiful heritage property. The haveli is very old but furnished very well by Amritara group. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
Best part is the location of this property. It is situated right on shivala ghat. They have very nice terrace view of river bank. The boat ride for Ganga Aarti by the hotel is amazing. Highly recommended place to stay
