Pathetic service I have ever experienced. No hospitality. There is not a facility of even clean drinking water except the paid water bottles. Mostly alcoholics are there. The whole hotel was stinking like hell with the smell of alcohol. Not suitable for family. The cleanliness is on worst side. Even the behaviour of the staff was very rude. Specially the receptionist named Satya was having worst behaviour and he was not even talking to the customers properly.

Worst experience. Please don’t stay here if you don’t want to get disappoint during your Varanasi trip. The person on the reception, ’Satya Prakash’ made the booking, took advance money and afterwards was speaking very rude, even cut the call when we tried to ask for few things after the booking amount was paid. He has 0 hospitality to show to the guests. The bathrooms are very unpleasant. Mugs and buckets- you will not want to be even touch. Everywhere, you’ll get foul smell, liquor bottles, paan stains, cigarette remains, etc. Zero cleanliness.
No clean water available.
PLEASE AVOID- WORST EXPERIENCE!
